Did anyone go out there today? When is he having a open practice?

i plan on it. just seeing if anyone else knows. brian might.

That's cool Steve called me today and said that next week's race should be incredible we can't wait.

I tAlked to steve yesterday and he said the classes posted are inaccurate. He wants to run the same program As last year with maybe a couple new ones. So everybody needs to bring everything they want to race and we can work it out from there.

Here are the latest pictures I took. The scorers shed is up, the speakers are ran, on site power(generator). It will be ready for Sunday. (P.S. if you or anyone you know is planing to bring a trailer or camper, there is a low(8'6") railroad overpass on Laymon Rd coming off St. Rt. 28. You will need to come another way.)

Truggy belongs to Mike Harris, Losi Brushless setup.

ohh ok. Man i CANNOT wait till sunday!!!! i really like what he did with the back part of the track.

Man that thing is a monster. There will be some big air with the 1/8 scales.

As you all know with Steve show up with what you got and he will fit you in somewhere. He wants everyone racing and not left out. I don't think Classes are ever and issue at his track.

this rain isnt looking good... anyone know anything if the race is still on or not? i think its supposed to rain all day today

it will be cancelled there is no way the track can take that much rain

I was with Steve and Ben at the track late last night. We watered the track real good and it drained great, but we have had alot of rain and with more coming, its not looking to good. When and if I hear any word from Steve I will post if I can. On a positive note, the track is looking awsome, and will only get better. I hope everyone has a great time when we get out there.

I keep hearing a lot of bad things about that big jump.. I would hate to not race here because I'm scared to break my car on a ridiculously oversized jump.. I don't know..

That "big jump" isn't any bigger than what we had at Sunrise at the state race, coming right to left in front of the drivers stand. Your not going to have to be at full throttle to clear it, my 3-port lands it easy. Its no longer than Nicks table top he has on his track. Quit worring, it will be ok pfunk-
